Hi, I’m Farzana, a California-based realtor and short-term rental specialist. As an owner-operator of two Airbnbs, I’ve analyzed both properties, optimized them for success, and continuously worked to maximize their ROI.
Owning vacation rentals is a natural fit for us, as my husband and I love to travel. Whether we're tackling property improvements or visiting with family and friends, our work genuinely feels like a vacation. I love exploring the areas around our homes, whether that means taking our dog on local hikes in Yosemite, checking out nearby coffee shops, or soaking in the sun by the pool and spa in Coachella.
Along the way, I’ve gained hands-on experience in cash-flow analysis, property setup, the Airbnb tech stack, and listing optimization.
I definitely made my share of mistakes when I first started, and I'm here to help you skip the trial-and-error. My goal is to support you every step of the way so you can launch a revenue-generating business from day one.
I believe prospective buyers and sellers deserve honest numbers, not inflated projections. If I don’t think a property is a good deal, I’ll tell you plainly and honestly.
